“So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”

- Corinthians 10:31

Your mealtime missionary

Hi, I’m Jordan.

I founded Kitchen 10:31 out of a passion to bring a little more love into the kitchen and rebuild a relationship with feel-good food, without the over-complicated culinary pressure.

I’ve been cooking for as long as I can remember. Experimenting with tasty delights, and experiencing somethings I would never wish on another soul. But that’s the beauty of the kitchen; it’s a place to embark on daring new adventures and try something new!

I pride myself in giving everything a go, and have picked up new dishes and cooking techniques by meeting extraordinary people from all over the world and cooking beside them. They have given me such invaluable experience that I want to share it with all of you, and that’s where this project really began. I don’t just want to cook for you, I want to cook with you - (Not a Hannibal Lecter reference I promise) - so you can join me on my journey, take on some new kitchen skills, and leave with more than just a full stomach!
